Experimental Study on the Performance of Recycled Aggregate Concrete Based on Pre-mixing Thick Cement Paste Method

Abstract：By means of mechanism analysis and experimental verification,pre-mixing thick cement paste method was proposed to improve the performance of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC).By using this method and traditional mixing process,the statistical distribution law for 28 d compressive strength of RAC was compared.The results show that the 28 d compressive strength of RAC can be increased by 8％-19％ compared with the traditional mixing process.At the same time,the pre-mixing concrete method can improve the workability and durability of RAC obviously without changing the mix proportion,and provide technical reference for the preparation of RAC.
