Experimental Study on Mechanical Characteristics of Steel Fiber Reinforced Expansive Concrete

Abstract：A series of tests including compressive test, tension test, flexural test and flexural toughness test has been performed for steel fiber reinforced expansive concrete. The test results show that compression strength, split tensile strength, flexural initial cracking strength of concrete are evidently increased by the combing action of steel fiber and expansive agent; that the ultimate flexural strength and flexural toughness are increased too.
