Synthesis of Aluminophosphate Glass-rich Cements

Abstract：The phase composition, structural unit and hydration activity of glass-rich cement in CaO-Al2O3-P2O5-ZnO system were studied by means of XRD, IR. The results show that aluminophosphateglass-rich cement can be prepared by adding ZnO at 1 450℃. The glass to crystal ratio in the cementscan go up to 4. The main phases are glass and miner crystal phases are L, CA. Aluminophosphateglass-rich cement has the characters of stable hydrates, early and high strength and steadily growinglong-term strength.
