Abstract：In part one of the paper, it has reviewed the chemical effects in the solid substances underthe action of mechanical forces. The processes and mechanisms of mechanochemical effects are re-viewed in detail in this part. The advantages and disadvantages of mechanochemical effects in the ap-plication are also discussed. The methods of characterization and evaluation of the effects are briefly-presented as well.
