Study on economical high corrosion resistant prepainted steel sheet for household appliances

Abstract：The study of the economical high corrosion resistance prepainted steel sheet for home appliances included the corrosion mechanism of hydrogen peroxide on the prepainted steel sheet,the corrosion resistance of hydrogen peroxide,acid,alkali,neutral salt spray,humidity and heat,the surface microscopic state and so on.The research showed that hydrogen peroxide preferentially corroded along the evaporation channels of the coating solvent in prepainted steel sheet.Compared with PE,HDP and PVDF,the economical high corrosion resistance prepainted steel sheet had a better resistance of hydrogen peroxide,more balanced resistance of acid and alkali,and the resistance of neutral salt spray,humidity and heat was closest to PVDF.The micro-state surface of the economical high corrosion resistance prepainted steel sheet was more delicate and uniform than PE.
