Research on high efficiency technology of an air conditioning outer rotor fan motor

Abstract：At present,the requirements for motor energy efficiency are becoming increasingly high,and efficient motors have become a hot research topic in various fields.Firstly,starting from the basic formula of motor efficiency,decomposes the formula,and then conducts root cause analysis on the key parameters that affect efficiency,thus proposing the efficiency improvement ideas for the studied motor.Then,taking an example of an air conditioning external rotor fan motor,based on the analysis results and combined with process manufacturing and noise parameters,an efficiency improvement analysis is conducted on it.Finally,sample preparation testing was conducted on the optimized plan to further verify the reliability of the theoretical analysis.The research results will provide effective guidance for the design and development of high-efficiency motors in the future.
