Abstract:[Objective]To address the issue that the simplified modeling of the heat generation and heat transfer ends in the bearing temperature simulation model of wind turbines makes it difficult to establish a reliable temperature monitoring model,a digital twin-driven bearing health monitoring method was proposed.[Methods]Firstly, numerical simulation of the bearing tem-perature field was conducted using the bearing temperature and vibration acceleration obtained through data acquisition as target variables, with the heat convection coefficient derived from traditional empirical formulas and bearing heat generation as initial conditions.Subsequently,a multi-objective optimization approach was employed to correct and map the thermal boundary condi-tions,establishing a digital twin model of the bearing temperature field under varying rotational speeds.[Results]Test results demonstrate that the proposed digital twin monitoring method can successfully monitor the thermal characteristics and health sta-tus of the bearing.
