Abstract:Objective:To systematically summarize the best evidence on pulmonary rehabilitation management supported by wearable devices for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, providing an evidence base for clinical practice and implementation. Methods:The PIPOST framework was used to define research questions.Systematic searches were conducted in Chinese and international databases as well as guideline repositories.Eligible studies included randomized controlled trials, observational studies, guidelines, evidence summaries, expert consensus statements, systematic reviews, and Meta-analyses.Quality was appraised using the JBI and AGREEⅡtools. Results:Twelve studies were finally included:three guidelines, one expert consensus, four systematic reviews, two RCTs,and two observational studies.Six evidence themes and twenty-three evidence statements were generated, covering assessment and baseline measurement, training modalities and indicators, wearable and digital interventions, adherence and patient experience, safety and termination criteria, and localization and dissemination. Conclusion:Pulmonary rehabilitation management supported by wearable devices can effectively complement traditional rehabilitation evaluation and intervention models, demonstrating good feasibility, though further standardization of device selection and intervention processes is needed.
