Abstract:Objective:To systematically review the research progress on non-pharmacological interventions for patients with cognitive impairment related to endocrine therapy in breast cancer, explore the effects of various non-pharmacological interventions on cognitive function improvement in patients and their application characteristics, and provide reference for clinical practice. Methods:Relevant original research articles on non-pharmacological interventions for cognitive impairment related to endocrine therapy in breast cancer were retrieved from databases including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,as well as Chinese databases such as CNKI.A combination of subject headings and free terms was used for searching.Inclusion criteria were studies involving female breast cancer patients aged 18 years and above, focusing on non-pharmacological interventions like cognitive training, exercise interventions, psychological interventions, and having clear cognitive function assessment outcomes. Results:A total of 13 articles were included, primarily using randomized controlled trials(RCTs).Intervention methods included aerobic exercise, cognitive training, and psychological interventions. Most studies showed that non-pharmacological interventions could improve cognitive impairment related to endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients, particularly in areas such as attention, memory, and emotional regulation.Intervention durations ranged from 4 to 24 weeks, with frequencies from 1 to 5 times per week.Conclusion:Non-pharmacological interventions for cognitive impairment related to endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients have high safety and fewer side effects, effectively improving cognitive function and quality of life.Future research should focus on individualized intervention strategies, further explore the optimization of combined interventions, assess the long-term effects of interventions, and promote clinical application.
