Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of different interventions on ICU-acquired weakness(ICU-AW)and provide evidence for clinical practice. Methods:Through systematic review and Meta-analysis,computer searches were conducted in databases such as PubMed,Embase,ScienceDirect,Web of Science, and CNKI.Relevant systematic reviews were collected, inclusion and exclusion criteria were set,and the research was carried out through steps such as literature screening, information extraction, quality evaluation, effectiveness evaluation, and evidence mapping. Results:A total of 35 studies were included. Most of the intervention measures with superior efficacy and high methodological quality were concentrated on early exercise and neuroelectrophysiological examination.Among the 17 Meta-analysis of early activity,11 showed that it could effectively improve ICU-AW.Among the 8 articles related to neuromuscular electrical stimulation,6 showed that it could effectively improve. Conclusion:Early exercise and neuromuscular electrical stimulation are effective intervention measures to improve ICU-AW.However,due to the limitations of research, their effectiveness still needs to be further verified. In the future, attention should be paid to the changes in research hotspots, the research direction should be adjusted, and the potential of combined application of different intervention measures should be deeply studied.
