Abstract:Objective:To analyze and explore the concept and content of digital self-management for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)using Rodgers'concept analysis method. Methods:Relevant literature was systematically retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,PubMed,Web of Science, and CINAHL databases. The analysis and definition were based on Rodgers' evolutionary method from database inception to May 2025.Results:Digital self-management for COPD patients included four conceptual attributes:patient-centered,data-driven,continuous monitoring and feedback, and support for behavioral change.Outcomes included changes in clinical outcomes, changes in patient behavior, improved quality of life(QOL),and reduced economic burden. Conclusion:By analyzing and clarifying the key elements of the concept,it helps to avoid the disconnection between the technical design of digital self-management and the needs of patients, assists clinical workers in understanding the role of digitalization in the self-management of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, promotes the construction of a standardized framework for digital intervention, and improves the health outcomes and quality of life of patients.
