Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of the nursing strategy based on the actor-partner interdependence model in patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy and their caregivers. Methods:Using the convenience sampling method,a total of 92 pairs of bladder cancer urostomy patients and their caregivers were selected at a ratio of 1∶1 from January 2023 to August 2024 as research object.Based on the random number table, the patients and their caregivers were divided into 46 pairs of observation group and 46 pairs of control group. The patients and their caregivers in the control group were given routine nursing guidance. The patients and their caregivers in the observation group were given nursing strategies based on the actor-partner interdependence model. The intervention time was 3 months. The stoma adaptability, patient's self-management ability of stoma, caregiver care burden and psychological status of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results:Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the stoma adaptability score, stoma self-management ability score, caregiver care burden score, caregiver anxiety score and depression score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the stoma adaptability score and stoma self-management ability score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).However,the scores of caregivers'care burden, anxiety and depression were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing strategy based on the actor-partner interdependence model can effectively improve the stoma adaptability and self-management ability of the patients with bladder cancer who underwent urostomy, effectively reduce the care burden of their caregivers, and improve their psychological status.
