Abstract:Objective:To analyze the pathway of the impact of clinical nurses'self-transcendence on reflective ability, and provide a basis for managers to carry out precise interventions. Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to select 546 clinical nurses from three tertiary grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou city as the research subjects.A general information questionnaire,Self-Transcendence Scale,Clinical Nurses'Reflective Ability Scale,Leisure Crafting Scale and Systems Thinking Scale were used for the survey. Results:The sample scored 50.00(39.00,54.00)on self-transcendence and 68.00(57.00,78.00)on reflective ability.Reflective ability was positively correlated with self-transcendence,systematic thinking and leisure crafting(the r values were 0.494,0.349 and 0.631 respectively, all P<0.05).The results of the structural equation model showed that,χ2/ν=1.619,RMSEA=0.034,TLI=0.996,CFI=0.997,the model had good adaptability. The path analysis results showed that systematic thinking and leisure crafting played a parallel mediation effect between self-transcendence and reflective ability, and the mediation effect accounts for 12.67%and 23.11%of the total effect, respectively. Conclusions:The reflective ability of clinical nurses is at an above-average level.Self-transcendence can not only directly predict the reflective ability, but also indirectly predict the reflective ability through the parallel mediation effect of systematic thinking and leisure crafting.Hospital managers should pay attention to improving the self-transcendence of clinical nurses, encourage nurses to apply systematic thinking, actively participate in leisure crafting activities, and then improve their reflective ability.
