Abstract:Objective:To systematically review the published studies on risk prediction models for acute kidney injury(AKI)in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods:Related literature was comprehensively retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,PubMed,Web of Science,Medline, and Cochrane library from the establishment of the database to June 1,2024.The risk of bias and applicability of prediction models were assessed using the Prediction Model Risk of Bias Assessment Tool(PROBAST).Results:A total of 890 studies were retrieved and 11 studies were included, with a total of 26 models. The models showed good performance in validation, but there was a certain high risk of adaptability in the actual clinical application. The incidence of AKI in AP patients was 13.78%~72.17%.The most common predictors were mechanical ventilation requirements,C-reactive protein, cystatin C,and creatinine levels. The reported area under the curve(AUC)was 0.725~0.993.Conclusions:The study of risk models for AKI in AP patients had a certain degree of discrimination.Since most studies still have a high risk of bias, new models need to be developed in the future, while increasing the sample size, complying with strict research design, and increasing multicenter external validation.
