Abstract:Objective:To explore the status quo and influencing factors of family adaptation among female breast cancer patients based on the family resilience model in Chinese culture, and to provide reference for the formulation of targeted intervention plans. Methods:A general information questionnaire,Family Adaptability Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale,Stress Perception Scale, and Family Resilience Scale were used to investigate 228 female breast cancer patients. Results:The total score of family adaptation of breast cancer patients was(50.67±3.02),the total score of perceived social support was(55.18±3.46),the total score of perceived stress was(42.73±4.57),and the score of family resilience was(185.09±9.33).Family adaptation of breast cancer patients was positively correlated with perceived social support and family resilience(P<0.001),and negatively correlated with perceived stress(P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that per capita monthly family income, perceived social support, and perceived stress were influencing factors of family adaptation of breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family adaptation of female breast cancer patients is at a lower level. When formulating intervention plans, medical staff should pay attention to the economic level and mental health of patients'families according to the different characteristics of patients, play a protective role of perceived social support and family resilience, and carry out personalized intervention to improve the level of family adaptation.
