Abstract:Objective:To explore the research hotspots and development trends of physical activity in cancer survivors at home and abroad using bibliometric methods, with the aim of providing guidance for related research. Methods:With the theme of"physical activity of cancer survivors",the relevant literature of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)core database until published on September 18th,2024 was systematically searched and analyzed by CiteSpace. Results:A total of 351 Chinese literature and 2 440 English literature were included in this study. The annual publication output demonstrated an overall upward trend, though the total number of domestic publications was significantly lower than that of abroad.Domestic research was primarily conducted by comprehensive universities and their affiliated medical institutions.Breast cancer, quality of life, lung cancer, and sedentary behavior were the hotspots of research at home and abroad.Physical activity intervention, sedentary behavior, and mental health were the future research trends. Conclusions:Through the visual analysis of physical activity research in cancer survivors,it is recommended to further explore the barriers and facilitators of physical activity among cancer survivors in China, and to develop or refine localized physical activity intervention measures for cancer survivors based on this,so as to promote the physical and mental health of cancer survivors and improve their quality of life.
