Application progress of non-drug intervention on sleep disorders in patients with Parkinson's disease

Abstract:The incidence of sleep disorders in Parkinson's disease patients is higher,which seriously affected the quality of life of patients.Compared with drug treatment,non-drug intervention can not only reduce adverse reactions and dependence but also improve treatment compliance,which helped to maintain and improve sleep quality in the long term.In this paper,non-drug intervention measures for PD sleep disorder at home and abroad were summarized from four aspects of psychology,physics,sports and Chinese medicine,aiming to provide evidence for clinical selection of appropriate non-drug therapy,so as to improve patients'sleep and quality of life.
