Abstract：The construction of high-level"double-qualified"nursing undergraduate teaching faculty is a key measure to promote the high-quality development of nursing education and an indispensable guarantee for cultivating outstanding nursing talents to achieve the strategy of Healthy China.Based on the school-hospital cooperation model,the nursing discipline of Nanjing Medical University has established a distinctive double-qualified nursing undergraduate teaching faculty by clarifying construction goals,providing policy support,constructing communication platform,improving education and teaching ability,clinical specialty ability and scientific research and innovation ability.This effective experience can provide new ideas and references for the construction of a"double-qualified"nursing undergraduate teaching faculty in higher education institutions.
