Construction of content system of hospice care needs assessment for patients with end-stage renal disease

Abstract：Objective:To construct the content system of hospice care needs assessment for patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods:Through literature review and semi-structured interviews,the content system of hospice care needs assessment of patients with end-stage renal disease was established by Delphi expert consultation method,and the weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results:Two rounds of expert correspondence were conducted.The effective recovery rates were 95.45%and 100.00%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.93 and 0.91,and the Kendall concordant coefficients were 0.215 and 0.251(P＜0.001).Finally,the content system of hospice care needs assessment for patients with end-stage renal disease included 5 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators,and 64 tertiary indicators.Conclusions:The established assessment system for hospice care needs of patients with end-stage renal disease is scientific and reliable,and can provide reference for the assessment of hospice care needs of patients with end-stage renal disease.
