Abstract:Objective:To construct a prediction model of postoperative quality of life of breast cancer patients based on social support theory. Methods:A cross-sectional investigation method was used to conveniently select 220 breast cancer patients who were re-examined in the thyroid and Breast surgery clinic of Ganzhou People's Hospital from March to December 2022 as the study objects.Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy(FACT-B),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA),Post-Trauma Growth Inventory(PTGI)and general data questionnaire were used to investigate the patients. The influencing factors of postoperative quality of life in patients with breast cancer were analyzed by linear regression.A structural equation model was constructed to analyze the relationship between postoperative quality of life, social support,self-care ability and post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients. Results:The FACT-B score of breast cancer patients was(87.82±10.64),SSRS score was(35.46±6.96),ESCA score was(96.35±12.51),PTGI score was(72.75±8.26).The results of univariate analysis showed that the FACT-B score of patients undergoing breast conserving surgery was higher than that of patients undergoing modified radical surgery, and the FACT-B score of married patients was higher than that of unmarried and divorced patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of linear regression analysis showed that social support,self-care ability,post-traumatic growth level, marital status and type of surgery were the influencing factors of postoperative quality of life of breast cancer patients(P<0.05).By structural equation analysis,self-care ability and post-traumatic growth level of breast cancer patients are mediating effects between social support and quality of life. Conclusion:Social support,self-care ability,post-traumatic growth level, marital status and type of surgery are independent factors of the quality of life of breast cancer patients after surgery.Self-care ability and post-traumatic growth level can mediate the effects of social support on the quality of life.According to the relevant influencing factors, clinical medical staff can enhance the patient's self-care ability,post-traumatic growth level, improve the level of social support, and then improve their quality of life.
