Analysis of the status and influencing factors of standardized training of 2 412 nurses in Chinese medicine hospital in Shanxi province

Abstract:Objective:To understand the current situation and influencing factors of standardized training of nurses in Shanxi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide reference for further improving the standardized training mode of traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Methods:By using the self-designed questionnaire on the status quo of standardized TCM nursing training for nurses in Shanxi traditional Chinese medicine hospital,2 412 nurses in 21 traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Shanxi province were investigated from January to August 2023.Results:Among the 2 412 nurses,79.73%had received systematic training in traditional Chinese medicine theory and skills,and 60.82%had received more than 100 hours of traditional Chinese medicine theory and skills training in the past three years.The distribution of theory and operation class hours,training forms and contents were not uniform in different hospitals.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the college from which the first degree graduated,the years of working in the field of TCM nursing and whether the nurses had received systematic training in TCM theoretical skills were the influencing factors of the knowledge and skills of TCM nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:At this stage,the traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in shanxi province to carry out traditional Chinese medicine nursing standard training is in the preliminary exploration stage,in the course system setting,training methods and training content and other aspects still need to be further improved.
