Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effects of evidence-based nursing combined with traditional Chinese emotional nursing on serum levels of serotonin and norepinephrine in patients with severe hepatitis. Methods:A total of 122 patients with severe hepatitis who were hospitalized in a tertiary A hospital in Nanchang City from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 61 cases in each group. The levels of anxiety,depression,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE),glutamic-propylaminotransferase(GPT),total bilirubin(TBiL)and prothrombin activity(PTA)before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of ERSG in observation group were lower than those in control group after 7 and 14 days of nursing intervention(P<0.05);After 7 and 14 days of nursing intervention,5-HT level in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),NE level was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of intervention, the GPT and TBiL values in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the PTA values were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing combined with traditional Chinese emotional nursing in patients with severe liver inflammation can alleviate anxiety and depression, increase the level of 5-hydroxytryptamine and reduce the level of NE,improve liver function and coagulation function, and the effect of nursing intervention is better than that of conventional nursing group.
