Construction of training index system of ECMO nursing course

Abstract：Objective:To construct the training index system of ECMO nursing course.Methods:The first draft of the index system was determined by literature review,the Delphi method was adopted for expert correspondence consultation,and the content of the ECMO nursing training index system and the weight of each index were finally determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results:The positive coefficient of expert correspondence was 100％,the authority coefficient was 0.85,and the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.249.Finally,an ECMO nursing training index system including 6 first-level indicators,23 second-level indicators and 66 third-level indicators was formed.Conclusion:The index system of ECMO nursing course training has good scientificity and reliability,and can be used to evaluate the effect of ECMO nursing course training after further verification.
