Abstract:Objective:To analyze the potential profiles and influencing factors of physical activity in patients with early discharge after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)so as to provide reference for the formulation of population intervention measures for different types of physical activity after PCI.Methods:A total of 236 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)who underwent re-examination in the cardiology outpatient department of a tertiary A hospital in Yinchuan city from December 2023 to March 2024 about 1 month after PCI were selected as the study objects.General information questionnaire,International Physical Activity Questionnaire,Heart Health Self-Efficacy and Self Management were used to investigate the patients. Results:The early physical activity of patients after PCI could be divided into two potential categories, sports activity(89.4%)and work-type activity(10.6%).Age,occupation,admission diagnosis,self-efficacy and self-management were the influencing factors of the transitional physical activity level of patients after PCI.Conclusion:The level of physical activity in early discharge after PCI was low,and the activity mode was single and heterogeneous.Medical staff should pay attention to the characteristics of postoperative physical activity of different patients, and give personalized suggestions and guidance on physical activity to improve patients'exercise compliance, improve their postoperative physical activity level, and delay disease progression.
