Analysis of risk factors and observation of nursing methods for concurrent anemia in colon cancer patients

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the risk factors of anemia in patients with colon cancer,and put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods:Clinical data of 307 patients with colon cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The self-made risk factor questionnaire was used to collect data,and the risk factors of anemia in patients with colon cancer were determined by univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results:Among 307 patients with colon cancer,128(41.7％)developed anemia.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that pathological differentiation degree,TNM stage,tumor type,tumor diameter,cancerous intestinal obstruction,hypoproteinemia and anxiety were risk factors for anemia in colon cancer patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion:There are many risk factors for colon cancer complicated with anemia.Individualized nursing intervention for these risk factors can effectively reduce the occurrence or severity of anemia.
