Abstract：This paper summarized the commonly used assessment tools for hypoglycemia in adult diabetic patients,including the content,characteristics,application status,applicability and limitations,in order to provide references for the development of assessment tools for hypoglycemia and severity in domestic adult diabetic patients,and provide references for medical staff to scientifically select appropriate assessment tools.
