Summary of the best evidence for perioperative blood pressure management in patients with acute aortic dissection

Abstract:Objective:To systematically retrieve the best evidence for perioperative blood pressure management in patients with acute aortic dissection,so as to provide evidence for clinical management of blood pressure in patients with acute aortic dissection.Methods:According to the"6S"model of evidence-based resources,relevant literatures on blood pressure management of patients with acute aortic dissection were systematically searched from domestic and foreign databases and related official websites.The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to March 1,2024.Results:A total of 16 articles were included,including 6 clinical decisions,3 guidelines,4 expert consensus,2 evidence summaries and 1 quasi-experimental study.Conclusions:This study summarizes the best evidence of perioperative blood pressure management in patients with acute aortic dissection.Medical staff can make targeted blood pressure management programs according to the actual situation of clinical work to improve the blood pressure of patients.
