Status quo of operation and work revelation of infection control link nurses at home and abroad

Abstract：The infection control link nurse is an important member of the infection control management team in the department and plays an important role in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.Compared with foreign countries,the setting time of infection control liaison nurses in China is short,and their training and management mode is still in the exploration stage.This study summarized the staffing,entry requirements,job functions,management mode and performance benefits of infection control liaison nurses at home and abroad,in order to provide direction for their training and management and promote the development of infection control link nurses.
