Analysis of hotspots and frontiers knowledge graph of emergency pre-examination and triage based on CiteSpace

Abstract：Objective:Based on CiteSpace,this study aims to visually analyze the current status,hotspots,and trends of research related to pre-examination and triage in China from 1993 to 2023.Methods:Retrieve relevant literature on emergency pre-examination and triage included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from January 1,1993 to July 31,2023.CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze published authors,key words,and other related information.Results:A total of 225 Chinese literature were included,and the number of Chinese literature related to emergency pre-examination and triage continued to increase from 1993 to 2023.Keyword clustering analysis showed that the research hotspots of pre-examination and triage were triage standards and triage mode,etc.Keyword emergence analysis showed that the research frontier was the post competence of triage nurses,emergency trauma,machine learning,etc.Conclusions:At present,the research on emergency pre-examination and triage is becoming increasingly refined and in-depth.In the future,researchers should focus on the competence of staff positions,special populations in various treatment centers,and the informatization of pre-examination and triage based on big data.Researchers should increase cooperation,explore research depth,and improve the continuous development of China's emergency industry.
