Abstract:Objective:To summarize the research on physical activity intervention in survivors of gynecologic cancer, and so as to provide reference for the construction of physical activity intervention program for survivors of gynecologic cancer. Methods:The Evidence Integration Manual published by Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)in Australia was used as the methodological guidance framework.Chinese and English databases such as PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Web of science,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched from the establishment of the database to February 2023,and the included literature were summarized and analyzed. Results:A total of 26 papers were included. The main form of physical activity intervention for gynecological cancer survivors was individualized and standardized exercise intervention at home combined with remote exercise guidance. The duration of intervention was usually 10 to 12 weeks or 6 months. The intervention contents were mainly aerobic exercise and resistance exercise.Intervention outcome indexes included patients'compliance with the intervention, changes in the patient's muscle strength or body mass index, the patient's degree of cancer-related fatigue, the patient's walking distance, and health-related quality of life.Conclusions:Home-based exercise interventions combined with remote counseling can eliminate geographical constraints, provide personalized guidance, and improve patient outcomes. In the future, the follow-up time after intervention should be extended to evaluate whether the intervention effect is sustained and the patient's compliance with the intervention program. At the same time, attention should be paid to enhancing patients'self-efficacy and improving their enthusiasm for physical activity.
