Abstract:Objective:the Quality of Life in Patients with Anal Fistula Questionnaire(QoLAF-Q)was used to test its reliability and validity in patients with anal fistula. To provide a specific tool for clinical assessment of quality of life in patients with cryptoglandular anal fistula. Methods:After obtaining authorization from the original authors, the questionnaire was translated into Chinese following Brislin's translation principles, forming the Chinese version of the QoLAF-Q.A convenience sampling method was used to survey 390 patients with anal fistula, evaluating the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results:A total of nine experts were invited to assess the content validity of the Chinese version of the QoLAF-Q,with an expert authority coefficient(Cr)of 0.88.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.889 to 1.000,and the average scale level content validity index(S-C VI/Ave)was 0.936.Exploratory factor analysis extracted two common factors, accounting for 70.523%of the cumulative variance, with all item factor loadings greater than 0.400.Confirmatory factor analysis showed good model fit.The overall Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.908,the test-retest reliability was 0.873,and the split-half reliability was 0.946.Conclusions:The Chinese version of QoLAF-Q has good reliability and validity, making it an effective and specific tool for assessing the quality of life in patients with cryptoglandular anal fistula.
