Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of upper limb functional exercise based on cross-theoretical model in patients with breast cancer, and to provide evidence for improving patients'quality of life. Methods:A total of 98 patients with breast cancer who were hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from July 2021 to January 2023 were selected as subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to time, with 49 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine care, and the patients in observation group were given cross-theoretical model-based upper limb functional exercise. The intervention effect was evaluated by DASH,FACT-B,postoperative functional exercise compliance scale and sports self-efficacy scale(SEE).Results:After intervention, the quality of life, compliance of upper limb function exercise and exercise self-efficacy scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the score of upper limb dysfunction assessment brief table was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The upper limb function exercise intervention based on cross-theoretical model can effectively improve the exercise compliance,self-efficacy and quality of life of breast cancer patients, and promote the recovery of upper limb function.
