Observation on curative effect of head meridian scraping in headache in hypertensive patients

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the curative effect of head meridian scraping for hypertensive patients with headdache.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hypertension headaches who visited the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random number table method.The patients in control group received conventional treatment and nursing,and the patients in experimental group received head meridian scraping based on the treatment in control group.The differences in blood pressure levels,pain conditions,satisfaction,and compliance between the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the headache score,frequency of attacks and duration of pain,blood pressure at rest,satisfaction with treatment,and compliance of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The curative effct of head meridian scraping is significant for hypertension headaches.It not only can relieve headache symptoms and but also reduce the probability of recurrence,thereby eliminating patients'negative emotions,improving their medical experience,and increasing their satisfaction and treatment compliance.
