Influencing factors of clinical nurse organization silence:a Meta-analysis

Abstract:Objective:To systematically evaluate the factors affecting clinical nurses organization silence through Meta-analysis.Methods:Relevant studies were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and CBM.References were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and literature information was extracted.Cross-sectional study quality evaluation tools recommended by American health care quality and research institutions were used for quality evaluation,and RevMan 5.0 was applied for Meta-analysis.The quality assessment tool for cross-sectional studies recommended by the American Institute for Healthcare Quality and Research was used for quality assessment,and RevMan5.0 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 204 articles were retrieved,and 10 articles were finally included,all of which were medium-and high-quality.Meta-analysis showed that the combined correlation coefficient and 95%CI of the influencing factors of nurses organization silence were[-0.09(-0.17,-0.01)]for years of work,[0.24(0.15,0.32)]for age,[0.75(0.48,1.03)]for employment form,[-0.15(-0.29,-0.01)]for education level,and[-0.32(-0.58,-0.07)]for professional title.Conclusions:Working years,age,employment form,educational background and professional title are the influencing factors of organizational silence of clinical nurses,and the research results are relatively stable.
