Abstract：This paper reviewed the research progress on decision regret in women with breast cancer from the aspects of overview of decision regret,influencing factors of decision regret in women with breast cancer,relevant measurement tools and intervention methods,to provide guidance for domestic research and practice to reduce decision regret and improve quality of life and mental health in women with breast cancer.
