Construction of quality management system for nursing staff responding to public health emergencies based on"WSR"

Abstract：Objective:To establish a quality management system based on"WSR",so as to improve the ability of nursing staff to deal with public health emergencies.Methods:The grid management of nursing staff was established based on"WSR",the quality management system was constructed by determining the organization system and quality policy of the quality management system,implementing the process control of the quality management system,establishing four-level system documents,and the operation effect of the quality management system was determined through technical evaluation.Results:Through the establishment of total quality management system,the preset quality policy was realized,the deficiencies of system operation were found,and continuous improvement was carried out.Conclusions:Based on"WSR",the quality management system of nursing staff dealing with public health emergencies can be constructed,which can help nurses respond quickly and efficiently to public health emergencies.
