Nursing research hotspots of chronic heart failure in recent five years based on CiteSpace

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the research hotspots of chronic heart failure(CHF)nursing in China in recent five years and provide a reference for subsequent clinical research on CHF nursing.Methods:The literature on CHF nursing published in CNKI was retrieved and visualized using CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 1 948 articles were included.Bibliometrics showed a downward trend in the number of articles published from 2018 t0 2023.The main cooperation team had a large author group with Xu Cuirong as the core.Keyword co-occurrence analysis showed that the research hotspots were quality of life,cardiac function,chronic heart failure,heart failure,elderly,comfort care,nursing,coronary heart disease,nursing intervention,and self-management.Cluster analysis found that 8 clusters were formed,including heart failure,chronic heart failure,cardiac function,nursing,comfort care,anxiety,quality of life,and nursing model.The research frontiers in recent five years are readmission rate,medical compliance behavior,qualitative research,caregivers,cognitive function,Internet,diabetes,exercise endurance,WeChat platform,timing theory,and malnutrition.Conclusions:In recent five years,the research on CHF nursing in China has shown a downward trend,but the research hotspots are verified.Therefore,nursing researchers should strengthen cooperation and pay more attention to the research on CHF nursing to provide more references for clinical practice.
