Abstract：Through a comparative study on the policies related to prefabricated dishes in different places,analyze their similarities and differences,and combine with the actual situation in Shanxi province to explore the impact and inspiration on the development of the pre made vegetable industry,providing reference and inspiration for relevant policy formulation.
