Abstract:Objective:To translate the Transcultural Community Resilience Scale(T-CRS)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity in the community population,so as to provide a tool for assessing the resilience level of the community population. Methods:The Brislin translation model was used to translate the English version of T-CRS forward and back, and the items of the Chinese version of T-CRS were determined by cultural adjustment through expert evaluation and pre-survey.From October 2022 to January 2023,a total of 297 community members were surveyed by random sampling, and the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed. Results:The Chinese version of T-CRS had a total of 29 items in three dimensions, including community strengths and support, community trust and faith, and community values. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.983,and the Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension ranges from 0.918 to 0.976.Three common factors were extracted from exploratory factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 68.503%.The confirmatory factor analysis model was well fitted(x2/df=2.801,RMSEA=0.078).Conclusions:The Transcultural Community Resilience Scale has good reliability and validity, which can be used as a tool to measure the level of community resilience in China.
