Abstract:Objective:To investigate the status quo of drug literacy in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and to provide evidence for formulating drug intervention measures for patients. Methods:From March to April 2023,13 patients after PCI and 9 medical staff in the department of cardiology were selected by purpose sampling method.Based on the health literacy theory,semi-structured interviews were conducted, and the interview data were analyzed according to content analysis method. Results:A total of 4 themes,11 sub-themes,That is,belief in taking medicine(worry, cognitive differences in taking medicine, low willingness to actively learn),functional drug literacy(insufficient mastery of drug knowledge, lack of drug skills),interactive drug literacy(high demand for drug knowledge acquisition, low utilization of medical staff support, family and peer support, and network support),critical drug literacy(lack of ability to correctly identify information, low medication compliance). Conclusions:After PCI,patients have problems such as weak belief in taking medicine, lack of drug knowledge and skills, single access to drug knowledge, and low drug compliance.Medical staff should pay attention to patients'belief in taking medicine, strengthen doctor-patient communication, increase patients'drug knowledge in various ways, and standardize patients'behavior of taking medicine through drug management platform. At the same time, the important role of peer and family support can not be ignored.
