Summary of best evidence for nutrition management in patients with coronary heart disease combined with frailty

Abstract:Objective:To search,evaluate and summarize the best evidence for nutrition management of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with frailty,so as to provide evidence-based evidence for nursing staff to implement nutrition management program.Methods:According to the"6S"model system,the evidence of nutritional management of elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with frailty was retrieved from domestic and foreign professional databases and related websites,including guidelines,consensus,systematic reviews,summaries of evidence,the guidelines,expert consensus and systematic review were evaluated according to the Clinical Guidelines Research and Evaluation System(AGREE Ⅱ)and the Australian Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)evidence-based Health Care Center quality evaluation criteria.Evidence on nutrition management meeting quality standards was extracted.Finally,the 2014 edition of the Australian JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center evidence grading and recommendation rating system was used to grade the extracted evidence.The search period is from January 1,2012 to September 15,2022.Results:A total of 21 literatures were included,including 3 guidelines,4 expert consensus and 14 systematic reviews.A total of 28 pieces of evidence were collected from four aspects:assessment,dietary intake,nutrition treatment and health behavior.Conclusions:The best evidence of nutrition management of patients with coronary heart disease combined with frailty summarized in this study can provide reference for clinical health care workers in nutrition and health management,which is conducive to preventing and controlling the occurrence of malnutrition events in patients with coronary heart disease combined with frailty,and improve the quality of life of patients.
