Status quo and influencing factors of hand functional exercise compliance of patients during the rehabilitation period of severed finger replantation

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of hand function exercise compliance of patients during the rehabilitation period of severed finger replantation.Methods:A total of 154 patients undergoing finger reimplantation in a Grade A hospital in Hengyang City from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method.General Information Questionnaire,Numerical Rating Scale(NRS),Compliance Scale of Functional Exercise for Orthopedic Patients Scale,Self-Efficacy for Exercise Scale(SEE),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate.Results:The score of hand function exercise compliance was(45.09±11.20)in the rehabilitation period of severed finger replantation.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,personal monthly income,pain degree,sports self-efficacy and social support were the influencing factors of hand function exercise compliance of patients during finger reattachment rehabilitation(P<0.05).Conclusions:Patients'compliance with hand function exercise during the rehabilitation period of severed finger replantation needs to be further improved and is affected by many factors.Medical staff should formulate targeted functional exercise strategies according to the individual conditions of patients.
