Abstract:Objective:To analyze the current research status, hot spots and frontiers of cancer-related cognitive impairment(CRCI).Methods:The Web of Science core collection database was used as the data source to search the literature on CRCI from establishment of the database to December 31,2022.CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to analyze the country, institution and keywords of relevant literatures. Results:A total of 2 093 relevant papers were included, and the number of publications showed an overall increasing trend year by year. The United States,China and the Netherlands are the countries with the largest number of publications in this field. The University of California system, the University of Texas system and Harvard University in the United States are the main research institutions, mainly focusing on oncology and neuroscience and neurology. The research focuses on the cognitive function and quality of life in patients with CRCI,the mechanism of CRCI,and the relationship between CRCI and the burden of symptoms such as fatigue and depression. The research frontier is CRCI influencing factors and evaluation methods. Conclusions:In recent years, the research attention in the field of CRCI has been increasing year by year, and the research hot spots and frontier trends in the field of CRCI are presented in the form of knowledge graph, which can provide reference for future domestic related research.
