Summary of the best evidence for self-management in patients with intracranial aneurysm undergoing intervention operation

Abstract:Objective:To systematically search,evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence of self-management of intracranial aneurysm interventional patients,and provide evidence for clinical formulation of evidence-based self-management intervention programs for intracranial aneurysm interventional patients.Methods:The relevant guidelines,expert consensus,clinical decision and systematic review on self-management of intracranial aneurysm patients were systematically searched from domestic and foreign guideline websites,professional association websites,PubMed,CNKI and other databases,and the search time was established until January 25,2023.Results:A total of 13 articles were included,including 5 guidelines,1 best practice,5 expert consensus and 2 systematic reviews.26 best evidences were summarized from 7 aspects:information management,perioperative management,symptom and disease management,daily life management,emotional management,social management and follow-up management.Conclusions:The summary of the best evidence for self-management of intracranial aneurysm interventional patients is scientific and normative,and medical staff can provide personalized self-management guidance for intracranial aneurysm interventional patients in combination with clinical situations.
