Abstract：This paper introduced the overview of POLST for life sustaining treatment,the composition and implementation steps of POLST,and the application status of POLST for patients with terminal diseases,pointed out the shortcomings and enlightenment of POLST,and provided reference for the development of domestic localization of pre-order tools to meet the wishes of patients with terminal diseases and their families.
