Abstract:Objective:To explore the risk factors of repeated hospitalization of HIV/AIDS patients,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis, treatment and nursing.Methods:HIV/AIDS patients hospitalized in the hospital from January to June 2020 were included as the study objects.Patients with repeated hospitalization(≥2 times of hospitalization)after 2 years of follow-up were set as the repeated hospitalization group, and 1:1 cases were selected as the single hospitalization group according to the matching principle of general data such as age and gender. The evaluation results of general data, hospitalization diagnosis information,CDi+T lymphocyte count, nutritional risk screening 2002(NRS 2002)and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)were compared and analyzed between the two groups. The risk factors of repeated hospitalization in AIDS patients were analyzed by binary Logistic regression. Results:A total of 157 HIV/AIDS patients with repeated hospitalization and 154 HIV/AIDS patients with single hospitalization were included.Among the 157 re-hospitalized HIV/AIDS patients,143(91.08%)were males,(36.49±10.91)years old;63.06%were infected through homosexual infection,33.76%were unemployed, the lowest CD4+T lymphocyte count was(126.44± 54.22)/μL,the first inpatient body mass index(BMI)was(19.13±1.30)kg/m2,71.34%of patients were less than 1 year after the first antiviral treatment. The top 3 diseases diagnosed in the repeated hospitalization patients were AIDS-related diseases(65.11%),non-HIV-related infections(13.83%),and non-AIDS-related tumors(6.38%).The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the OR value of occupational status of HIV/AIDS patients with repeated hospitalization was 2.380(P<0.05),while the OR values of the lowest CD4+T lymphocyte count and the BMI of the first admission were 0.673 and 0.720,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions:The lowest CD4+T lymphocyte count and lower initial admission BMI are risk factors for repeated hospitalization in HIV/AIDS patients, and having a job is a protective factor.
