Abstract：Research status quo, implementation methods and effect evaluation methods of transitional care in patients with breast cancer in China.It was pointed out that we should build a comprehensive model of transitional care in patients with breast cancer, continuously strengthen the training of breast specialist nurses, and make rational use of network resources and medical resources to improve the quality of life, promote the rehabilitation, and increase the satisfaction in patient.It provided the guidance for transitional care intervention in patients with breast cancer.
