The influence for negative emotion and quality of life on the pelvic organ tube prolapse patients by the individualized health management

Abstract:Objective: To explore the influence for negative emotion and quality of life on the pelvic organ tube prolapse patients by the individualized health management.Methods: A total of 128 patients with pelvic tube prolapse in hospital gynecology were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 64 cases in each group.The patients in control group were received regular education.The patients in observation group were received personalized education.The negative emotions and quality of life of the two groups of patients with pelvic tube prolapse were compared.Results: After the intervention, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) total scores, Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) total scores and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) total scores of the two groups of patients were better than those before the intervention, and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions: Personalized health management for patients with pelvic tube prolapse could alleviate negative emotions and improve patients' quality of life.
