Research progress on disease diagnosis related group and nursing cost management

Abstract：It combined with the characteristics of the payment diagnosis group (DRGs) payment model, and it expounded and discussed the research status of DRGs on nursing cost.It was pointed out that DRGs as a patient disease classification system has been proved to have an effective effect on the cost control of clinical treatment process.It is an effective evaluation index for cost operation and quality of care.in the future, it is necessary to further strengthen the effectiveness of DRGs in the operation of nursing costs.
