Cultivation of Communicative Competence for Foreign Nursing Students viaListening and Speaking Teaching

Abstract：In recent years, there is ashortage of international nursing talents.Thereby, it is urgent and important to cultivate outstand-ing nursing talents with excellent communicative competence.The present paper explores the valid strategies and ways in improvingstudents′communicative competence with the analysis of the problems existing in listening and speaking teaching for foreign nursingmajors in aShanxi Chinese Medical University.It aims to improve the effect of listening and speaking teaching, to enhance students′listening and speaking abilities and autonomous learning competence, and eventually to nurture marvelous foreign nursing talents.
